StoryPoint Gahanna North stands as a senior living facility that provides a variety of care options on one campus, so people can find independent living, assisted living, memory care, respite stays, and skilled nursing, and this means seniors who live there can get support that fits what they need as their needs change. The community has a business management team led by Mr. Tim Bryant, President, a Customer Insights and Reputation Marketing Specialist named Mr. Jack Redmond, and an Executive Director, Ms. Brittany Kendjorsky, who all work with staff for daily operations and resident care. Services run 24 hours a day, every day of the week, and the staff checks on residents, helps with daily activities like bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and gives extra help for people living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia-related conditions, plus the memory care neighborhood comes with safety features like emergency response systems and walk-in showers with safety bars. There are open-concept floor plans, some with kitchen appliances, and people can pick from multiple apartment layouts that can include maintenance-free private apartments for those living independently. Housekeeping, laundry, linen services, and transportation for appointments, shopping, dining, and extra outings come included, as well as resources for families looking into funding options like long-term care insurance or VA benefits for veterans and their spouses. Meal planners and chefs prepare fresh and balanced meals every day, with options for everyone, and folks eat together in communal dining rooms. The community has pet-friendly policies, and Wi-Fi and high-speed internet are available throughout, so residents can stay connected or just relax at home with their pets. Residents have access to a wide range of amenities including a garden room, private courtyard, rooftop deck, lounge with a fireplace, movie theater, bistro café, on-site beauty salon and barbershop, a library, a business center, an activity room, guest parking, and entertainment spaces, and all these are aimed at making daily life comfortable and interesting. Fitness and wellness programs are easy to join, and they aim to help people stay healthy and active, with equipment on hand for whatever each person needs. The community keeps activities and events running and puts focus on making each day enjoyable with simple efforts and attention to small details, trying to make people feel welcome and included, and it encourages residents and their families to schedule tours and see firsthand how life is there. StoryPoint Gahanna North sits conveniently near places like the Columbus Museum of Art, Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, and The Ohio Theater, making it easy for residents who love culture and outings. The facility isn't BBB accredited but does hold a license number 2772R and is part of the StoryPoint Group, which is recognized as a leader in senior living care. Awards like the Best of Senior Living and Caring.com's Caring Stars show recognition for care and community, though no place is perfect, the staff aims to meet each resident at their comfort level and provide support as required. Starting rates depend on the level of care, with independent living beginning at $4,150, assisted living at $5,300, and memory care at $5,400, and the community encourages families to compare options. All these details together mean that at StoryPoint Gahanna North, seniors get a choice of support and comfort, with the goal of being a good option for people who want an alternative to staying in their own house as they get older.

Caring staff, clean facility, inconsistent
I live here and overall I'm pleased. The staff are amazing - friendly, caring and responsive - and the facility is beautiful, very clean and full of activities (bistro, salon, outings, bingo). Dining is flexible (dine-in, carryout, room delivery) but food quality and service can be inconsistent; housekeeping and staffing/communication (meds/doctor/hospice) are occasional pain points. Despite some turnover and cost, I feel safe, engaged and at home - I'd recommend, but talk to current residents' families about staffing and medical coordination first.
