    Welcoming care, but leadership concerns

I placed my mom here and overall I'm pleased - the facility is bright, clean, and activity-filled, the staff are warm, competent, and know residents by name, and therapy and dining have been very good. My concern is leadership turnover, rising costs, and slipping oversight (missed shower supervision, some falls, spotty communication and occasional cleanliness/odor issues); caregivers seem underpaid and stretched. I would recommend this welcoming community for care and activities, but visit thoroughly and ask about current leadership and supervision.
