The center provides both short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care, and they take care of people needing more support after a hospital stay, an illness, or surgery, and they have all kinds of therapies like physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and they work with a team of nurses, doctors, dietitians, rehab specialists, and social workers to build care plans that suit each person, so everyone gets attention to their own needs. There are memory care programs called Enriched Pathways for folks living with Alzheimer's or dementia, and the memory care areas are secured with memory-enhancing activities to help people feel safe. The center helps with daily activities, medication, and meals, and they've got programs for palliative care, hospice, respite care, and even dialysis, and the on-site medical gas system helps with advanced care.
