CountryHouse at Folsom is a brand new senior living community that opened its doors in June 2021. Situated on Iron Point Road, just a short distance from Kaiser Permanente and El Dorado Freeway, this modern residence offers both private and companion studios for up to 50 residents to call home. Families in the area have trusted CountryHouse to provide exceptional care for their loved ones since 2015, with a sister residence located nearby in Granite Bay.

The heart of CountryHouse truly shines through in its dedicated team members. Katherine Martinez, who has been with the community since November 2021, plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the Executive Director. Todd Criner, the Maintenance Supervisor, takes pride in keeping the community beautiful and well-maintained for its residents. Denise Trimble, the Life Enrichment Coach, plans and leads activities that promote physical, social, spiritual, and intellectual wellness within the community.

Rostam Hooshidary, the Director of Dining, brings a wealth of culinary experience to CountryHouse in Folsom, having worked in various capacities in the hospitality industry for many years. Brian, the Director of Nursing, brings over a decade of diverse healthcare experience to his role, with a passion for senior living that was sparked early in his career. His commitment to enhancing the well-being of residents and fostering meaningful connections with their families is evident in his daily interactions within the community.
