Residents at The Tamalpais range in age from 60 to 100+, many of whom express a wish they had moved in sooner due to the social and health benefits of community living. The community offers various contract options for residents, with a 90-day cancellation period and a policy for contract termination before 44 months of residency.

With a focus on providing quality care and enhancing the well-being of residents, The Tamalpais offers on-site clinic services with nurses, therapists, and a medical director to assist with urgent or non-urgent medical needs. The entrance fee secures the apartment of your choice and covers amenities and services such as meals, housekeeping, utilities, transportation, fitness activities, and more.
