RBI Care House 4, part of the RBI Care family of facilities, was established in 2012 as an adult family home in Sparta, Wisconsin. It caters to individuals aged 18 and older who require specialized care due to conditions such as Alzheimer's, dementia, developmental disabilities, mental illness, and advanced age. In addition to RBI Care House 4, RBI Caring Hearts was established in 2015 in Bangor, Wisconsin, offering a community-based residential facility for individuals with similar care needs. Both facilities provide a range of services aimed at ensuring the well-being and comfort of their residents.
Residents at RBI Care House 4 receive three meals per day, along with in-between meal nourishment, to ensure they are well-fed and nourished. The staff provides assistance with personal hygiene and grooming, as well as medication monitoring to ensure residents' health needs are met. Leisure time activities, community and local outings, and transportation to medical appointments are also provided to enrich the lives of residents and promote social engagement. Health monitoring, daily housekeeping, and laundry assistance are offered to maintain a clean and organized living environment.
One of the key features of RBI Care House 4 is the presence of RN delegation on-site, allowing for skilled nursing care and oversight to be provided as needed. This ensures that residents with complex medical needs receive the appropriate level of care and attention. The facility strives to create a supportive and caring environment where residents can feel safe and well-cared for. With a focus on individualized care and attention to residents' unique needs, RBI Care House 4 aims to promote a high quality of life for all who reside there.
