Creative Community Living Services IV, also known as CCLS, is a provider of individualized community support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, physical disabilities, or functional limitations of advanced aging. The goal of CCLS is to preserve and enhance the dignity and rights of individuals by creating spaces that promote independence and growth.
At CCLS, employees are encouraged to go beyond just fulfilling their job responsibilities. They are expected to support individuals with disabilities in learning to become more independent members of their community. Employment opportunities are available throughout Wisconsin, and CCLS provides training in Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF), Adult Family Home (AFH), and continuing education courses to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to support clients effectively.
CCLS believes in a person-centered approach to providing community supports. Client needs, strengths, and desires are always considered in the development of individualized support plans. By working closely with clients, CCLS aims to build valuable supports that help individuals with disabilities thrive in their communities.
With a commitment to quality care and a focus on individual growth and independence, Creative Community Living Services IV is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those they serve.
