Living Made Easy Homes Site 1 serves residents with various needs including those who are of advanced age, have irreversible Alzheimer's/Dementia, physical and developmental disabilities, alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA), and mental disabilities. Additionally, supportive living houses are available for residents who are more independent. The facility begins the process with a pre-admission assessment for each referral to ensure they can meet the needs of the resident, then moves on to developing an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) to tailor care to each individual. Monthly goals are set for residents to track progress and encourage their involvement in goal activities.
