This care facility is designed for older adults and individuals with disabilities, including those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, traumatic brain injury, physical disabilities, and mental health support needs. The center operates on weekdays from early morning to late afternoon, providing a structured and engaging environment for its attendees. On certain holidays, the center is closed to allow staff and participants to observe these special days.
Merit Centre North accepts various payment methods, including self/private pay, Veterans Affairs benefits, Family Care, and IRIS. Additionally, thanks to a generous grant from the La Crosse Community Foundation, financial assistance may be available for individuals who require short-term funding to attend the adult day program.
