    Condo-like, active, caring, but pricey

I live here - the apartments are bright, spacious and condo-like with full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fireplaces and lots of activities. The staff are mostly kind, attentive and professional; therapy, transportation, salon services and frequent programs make life easy and families feel informed. Meals have improved with vegetarian options and you can cook in-unit, though food quality can vary and the pool/warm therapy is often out of service. Safety and COVID protocols are strong and medical responses are prompt, but this place isn't set up for high-need care (limited RN coverage, some reports of toileting/feeding issues). It's well maintained and welcoming but expensive (roughly $5K+/mo with extra hourly charges) with occasional staffing, management or maintenance hiccups. Overall I'd recommend it for active seniors who want space, activities and caring staff - just verify clinical capabilities before you commit.
