Villa Hope is a care home that provides a safe and healthy environment for adults suffering from severe and persistent mental illness, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, chemical dependencies, and other related disorders. Their mission is to support individuals in achieving independence, quality of life, and hope through education, therapy, and strong support systems. The care home values compassion, individualized care, and the belief that there is always the possibility for a better quality of life.
The care home was established in 1970 by Fr. Timmon Costello with the goal of providing support for newly released prisoners returning to the Appleton area. Over the years, Villa Hope expanded its programming to include services for individuals with mental health issues, developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries. They offer a range of programs, including group homes, supported apartments, and community support programs in Green Bay.
Villa Hope is committed to helping individuals make choices about their care and providing individualized care that evolves over time to meet changing needs. The care home has a dedicated team of professional employees who are passionate about carrying out Villa Hope's mission and supporting the clients and residents. Through a combination of compassionate care, support, and hope, Villa Hope aims to improve the lives of those they serve and promote independence and a better quality of life.
