The community features a beautifully landscaped backyard with raised flower beds, patio furniture, and smooth cement walkways, offering a serene outdoor space for residents to enjoy.
Hearthside Manor is proud to offer Medicaid-funded services for eligible residents, based on availability and other factors. The monthly rate is a combination of a base rate for the apartment and a care rate tailored to each resident's specific needs. The care rate is determined through a personalized care plan developed in collaboration with the resident, community Administrator, and care team.
