Willow Oaks is an assisted living facility located on the campus of Birmingham Green in Northern Virginia. The facility is licensed to accommodate up to 92 residents and is divided into two neighborhoods: Willow Oaks Court for individuals aged 62 and older, and Willow Oaks Place for adults under the age of 62.
