    Clean caring staff administrative inconsistencies

I placed my mom here and overall I'm pleased: it's spotless, small and homey with nicely sized apartments, a lovely courtyard, good meals and lively activities that really helped her thrive. The staff are caring, friendly and often go above and beyond - nurses and aides keep families informed and prioritize individual needs. My caveats: administration can be inconsistent (communication issues, occasional broken promises, price hikes and unreliable hospice coordination), so get everything in writing and confirm services up front. For most assisted-living needs I'd recommend it; for very high medical or hospice-dependent care I'd be cautious.
