The care team, consisting of nurses and resident care assistants, operate with a strong focus on resident well-being, supported by a dedicated leadership team that ensures staff are trained and valued. Services provided include personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, medication management, emergency pendant response, health checks, and companionship. The team of over 160 caregivers includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and resident assistants, delivering quality care 24/7 throughout the year.
In addition to standard assisted living services, SilverCare offers enhanced care for individuals with more complex conditions, including specialized services like lift/transfer assistance and wound care. Staff are specially trained to assist those with memory loss, customizing care plans to match individual needs. A full-time Reflections Director acts as a liaison between residents, their families, and the care team. The respite program provides short-term care and personal assistance in fully furnished studios/apartments for individuals recovering from hospital procedures or needing caregiver coverage. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are available on-site during respite stays.
