The community-based Customized Living program offers 24-hour housing and services for adults living with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) or other disabilities.
Under the oversight of a registered nurse, the program includes a range of services such as room and board with meals and snacks provided, 24-hour staffing, advocacy, appointment management, medication management, home health services, housekeeping, and socialization and activities. Residents are supported in maintaining their independence while also being an active part of the larger community.
