Chosen Vision is a non-profit organization founded in 1991 with the mission of providing a safe and secure Christian environment for developmentally disabled adults. The organization was established by a group of individuals who recognized the need for a group home that would cater to the social and emotional needs of adults with developmental disabilities.
Currently, Chosen Vision operates four staffed homes in Michigan, where 24 adult residents are able to live independently and pursue fulfilling lives. The organization is dedicated to enabling individuals with developmental disabilities to lead meaningful and purposeful lives, while also fostering a sense of community and belonging.
At Chosen Vision, the focus is not just on providing basic care and support, but also on promoting independence, autonomy, and self-determination among the residents. The staff at Chosen Vision are trained to meet the unique needs of each individual and to provide personalized care that enhances their quality of life.
