Level Up Assisted Living is a distinguished 6-bed facility owned and operated by a RN-US Army Veteran of the Gulf War. Established in 2018, this facility adheres to the latest ALF guidelines to ensure the safety and security of all residents. What sets Level Up apart is its personalized approach to care, where individualized plans are crafted for each resident. Potential residents are carefully evaluated for suitability before being extended an invitation to join this exclusive community.
At Level Up, every resident is assigned their own Resident Concierge staff member, providing personalized attention and support. The facility boasts a range of safety features, including complete fire suppression systems and emergency preparedness measures. The team at Level Up takes pride in offering delicious homecooked meals prepared under the supervision of a Food Safety Manager. The menu is American-based and approved by a Dietician, with accommodations made as per Resident Counsel recommendations.
Residents at Level Up have access to a variety of activities and amenities, from live music and BBQ gatherings to late-night movie screenings and relaxing moments under the pergola. The facility works closely with local physicians, home health teams, hospices, and the VA to ensure comprehensive care for all residents. As experts in senior residential care, Level Up aims to make the transition for families as smooth as possible, allowing loved ones to focus on being family while their family member receives the care they need.
With a focus on physical, emotional, nutritional, and social health, Level Up aims to help residents live their best lives with dignity and independence. The dedicated Resident Concierge staff is there to provide support and assistance, whether residents are interested in art or zoology. Visitation at Level Up follows SB988 guidelines, allowing in-person visits in specific circumstances to ensure residents have the emotional support and companionship they need.
Visitation hours are from 8am to 8pm daily, with the possibility of extension based on individual needs. Safety measures, including temperature checks and screening questions, are in place to protect residents and staff. Masks are required during entry and screening but optional during private visits in residents' rooms. Family and loved ones are encouraged to visit and be a part of the Level Up experience, where comfort, dignity, and quality care are at the forefront of everything they do.
