Primrose offers accommodation for up to 14 residents in 10 private suites and 4 semi-private suites. The cozy and light-filled environment feels like home, with caregivers who are friendly, experienced, and well-trained. The staff at Primrose use the Best Friends Approach to dementia care and are dedicated to providing uncompromising care with personalized care plans.
Residents at Primrose can enjoy three chef-prepared meals and snacks daily, personalized and diverse activities, engaging outings, and daily housekeeping and linen service. The facility also offers a Freedom Bath with air spa for relaxation therapy, as well as live-in community pets for companionship and comfort. The leadership team at Primrose consists of Margie Halsell, who has over 35 years of experience in senior services and is a certified master trainer for dementia care; Susie Halsell, who has been involved with the facility since 2009 and has a MA in Nonprofit Management; and Dorothy Berger, who has been working at Primrose for 10 years and became the Administrator in 2019. Together, the leadership team is dedicated to ensuring the best possible care and environment for the residents at Primrose.
