    Great facility, inconsistent service, costly

    I moved in and I love the beautiful, brand-new building, convenient location, roomy apartments (in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen) and the genuinely caring staff who made the transition easy. There are lots of activities, good amenities and the staff often go above and beyond. That said, dining is a major problem - frequent chef/kitchen turnover, small/cold/salty portions, menu shortages and limited hours - and housekeeping/therapy can be inconsistent. Management communication is weak, staff turnover is high, transportation/phone/internet/cable issues persist, and extra fees/price hikes hurt the value. I'd recommend it with strong caveats: great people and facility, but expect service gaps and occasional surprises in cost and management.
